Meet Your Provider

Dr. Nicole Rogers, PT

Hi, I'm Nicole! 👋🏼

I’m the founder of Granite Roots Physical Therapy, and I help active women in Southern New Hampshire rebuild strength, eliminate fear of movement, and return to running, hiking, and consistent fitness after injury.

I work with women in their 30s–60s who feel motivated to get back into a routine — but overwhelmed by where to start. Many of my clients have dealt with recurring knee, hip, or back pain. They’ve rested. They’ve stretched. They’ve tried to “ease back in.” But every time they gain momentum, pain pulls them back.

I believe you don’t need to stop being active — you need a better plan.

My approach blends hands-on manual therapy, detailed movement assessment, gait analysis, and progressive strength training. We focus on how your body handles load, not just where it hurts. Together, we build the strength and confidence that allows you to move forward without constantly worrying about re-injury.

Sessions are delivered one-on-one in your home or at your gym, so you gain strength in the environment where you actually live and train.

If you’re ready to stop starting over and finally feel strong and capable again, I’d love to help you build that foundation.
